Payment Methods

User privacy is of the highest importance and I aim to earn your trust. Personal information such as email address will never be shared or sold. I will email to verify payment.
Shipping & Handling
All products and art works will be safely packed and boxed with the utmost care for safe delivery. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, but it usually take less than 14 days. If you desire a shorter delivery time, FedEx will be used at additional cost and must be specified before shipping.
Returns & Refunds
Visible documentation is needed before returns are approved. Any returns have to be within 14 days of receiving the item. Item must be in unworn and unused condition. Not damage due to normal wear and tear or accidents. Costs of return are your responsibility. Adequately package and insure the shipment. If granted they will be repaid through PayPal.

I use the best materials possible in the production of the art you buy from me. If you have any issues, contact me immediately.
Discounts
Discounts cannot be combined or bundled with other discounts offered on this site or offered by me in other marketing material. I only honor discounts issued by me and I only honor discounts for the duration and dates for which the discount is advertised.
Production
I run a one woman studio. Quality control is easy, since it is in my hands. I use the best materials and knowledge to produce expressive art.
Painting Delivery Methods
Each painting will be faced with cardboard, wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, then a cardboard box will be fitted around it. Some paintings have no frame and some have a very minimal frame. Cost for shipping will be specified after your location is determined. Delivery time is not guaranteed, but is usually under 14 days. If shorter delivery is required, FedEx will be used. Either cost will specified before shipping and payment.
Jewelry Delivery Methods
Jewelry will be placed in my signature red gift box, wrapped in bubble wrap, then put in mailing envelope with cardboard liner. It will be sent registered mail, requiring a signature. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, but it usually take less than 14 days. If you desire a shorter delivery time, FedEx will be used at additional cost that I will specify before shipping.
Printed Digital Painting Delivery Methods
Orders will be rolled into a tube a sent by registered mail.
This is the most economical ready for you to frame to suit your decor. The choices of framing are more plentiful and reasonably priced for you than for me. Also frames add to shipping costs. They will be sent by registered mail, requiring a signature. Delivery time is not guaranteed, but usually tales less than 14 days. If you desire a shorter delivery time FedEx will be used at additional cost I will specify before shipping.
Custom Orders
Email me your desires and requirements. I will respond if the work is possible or not. I will send sketches, estimate of cost, estimate of production time. If agreed, you will send down payment of on half cost. Remainder of payment due before item is shipped.
